Will the this Kansas Bistate Arts and Sports Corporation act "independently" from the Missouri Bistate Arts and Sports Corporation, or is this just the same group?

Will the IRS get one or two IRS 990s about the money received and spent by these groups?

Where is the money coming from for both the Kansas and Missouri Bistate Arts and Sports Corporations?

Unlike Missouri, there are no no free online open records in Kansas.  Why does Kansas charge $8.50 for the letter of good standing?  Why does Kansas charge $12.50 for the certificate of good standing?  Why are the articles of incorporation not online for free in Kansas like in Missouri?  We need free, online, open records in Kansas.

Why is Lathrop and Gage trying to hide behind the name "Registered Agent Kansas, Ltd"?  GOP Club member, Harry E. Wigner's name and the address 10851 Mastin Blvd, Building 82, Suite 1000, Overland Park" is on the Overland Park web page for Lathrop and Gage.  [Mr. Wigner is such a good GOP Club member that he even contributed $100 to Kathleen Sebelius for Governor.  Wigner also contributes to Senators Adkins and Vratil.]
