Dennis Moore's modus operandi is to mail to women voters, so it's a bit
curious when the Kansas Democratic Party also mails only to women
voters.
I will admit I don't have a lot of data points for this generalization, but unlike most politicians mailing to a "Family" or a "Household" both Dennis Moore and the Kansas Democratic Party like to address their political mail to women by their name. Perhaps this is simply a reflection that only about 17.1% of JoCo male voters are Democrats. While about 23.4% of JoCo female voters are Democrats, the Democrats must feel their message is better received only by female voters. |
